Hi. My name is phil. I am a friend of Jimmy Fallon. We used to hang out together in a place called Monterey, CA when he was doing stand-up comedy in clubs. At that time, Jimmy was very much into channeling spirits and the whole occult thing. He would often break into unintelligible streams of garbled speech. It is at these moments when he is closest to God. Instead of bemoaning Jimmy's strange tongues, perhaps you could try to understand and enlighten yourself.
