Here's A Question...

You know how newspapers are always featuring front-page photos of al-Sadr's men firing at U.S. soldiers?

Who are the f**king morons taking these pictures, and why have they not been rounded up and beaten yet? I mean...are these American journalists taking pictures of the enemy, or what? I don't get it.

I know, because if you go to that AP slideshow mentioned on LGF and scroll through, there are photos of people launching RPGs, setting off small artillery, etc. Who is getting close enough to these monsters and being like "Don't mind me, I'm just here to take a photo..."?

I'm not real excited about defending the Mainstream Media but please bear in mind the existence of about four bajilliion free-lance stringers over there.
The vast majority of these photos are just brought into the offices of these news organisations by messengers, and bought quite cheaply.
