Open Thread: Let's Try This Again

College is still hard. It's taking away my blogging time, so I will once again make this an open thread so all you loyal SIT readers can decide what topics get discussed. I'm going to be buried in work for the next 4 days, so I don't know when I'll be back.

But I will be back. Eventually.

Well, how about them Mets? I haven't seen a team collapse this hard and fast since the Battle of New Orleans.

And I wonder if Barry Bonds hit his 700th steroid-laden home run yet...

I'm just trying to get it goin', guys... :)

What? No swiss cake roll conversation yet?

And yes.. college is a pain. That's why I'm working my butt off to get out a little early (and save money in the process, ::crosses fingers::)

Come to think of it, it's probably a good thing that I don't have a guy in my life right now. Then again, I won't stop trying. O:)

way too much coffee for me tonight. back to homework.

Dear Lord, don't mention homework. I just finished Thermo, and my brains are leaking out my ears. Would have taken me about an hour and half less if I hadn't gotten the Rocky and Bulwinkle second season DVDs. Gee that R&B is awesome. The girl at Best Buy said it was her favorite show growing up (mine too) and she's only like 19. Incidentally, the reason swiss cake rolls are like the force is that they have a light side (with the cream on) and a dark side(the bits that the cream rest on). Anyone who has ever seen them knows that the dark side and the surrounds and binds everything within, thus clearly proving that Evil will always win beause Good is dumb. That is about 5 topics there, so have fun while i collect my spilled brains.

...what a slow-going open thread...

on a political note, a friend of a friend has a professor who was handing out Kerry/Edwards AND Bush/Cheney bumper stickers to anyone who wanted them (no penalties attached). I was impressed.

::tries to avoid the stats book about to throw itself at her::

Back to homework.. or drifting into my own little world.

Short of dressing them up in little costumes and captioning their pictures, can cat-blogging be made interesting? :-)

Sorry I'm late, people. Brad is busy. But my plan to gradually take over the world is beginning to work...people hear "open thread" and immediately mention Swiss Cake Rolls. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!

Tommy, because you are obviously a big-time fan of Spaceballs, I leave you with this...

"Ah... you have the ring. And I see your schwartz is as big as mine! Now let's see how well you handle it."
