Opinion≠Media Bias

Patterico brings up an interesting point. When people accuse Fox News of being biased to the right, they seem to use commentators like Hannity and O'Reilly as examples. However, they forget that commentators are supposed to be biased.

In contrast, accusations of liberal bias are directed at people like Dan Rather and organizations like the AP, both of which claim to be neutral.

Can you see the difference here? It's really not that hard to figure out.

But But But CD, O'Reilly run's the No Spin Zone and works for a company that promises that it is Fair and balanced and Hannity is such a mean person to people that don't agree with him and he's so mean to that poor Colmes fellow(who incidentally has some really great ideas on how the word should be run) and anyway it's obvious that peope like Dan Rather and Comapanies like CBS are so TOTALLY neutral, i mean, they went and ran with the story of that awful Bush's cowardice by not fulfilling the requirements of service (even though the TxANG is so clearly not real service) thus proving what a coward adn a liar that he is unlike that awesome John Kerry and his runningmate Edwards (whom that mean old Hannity called Stu Ped on his radio show, the meaniehead) ~sighs~ what great hair ~Sigh~ who served in Vietnam thus proving what a great leader he would be or our country adn i know that you don't like to talk about Vietnam, but it is such an important issue thse days especially witht eh election coming up to show that Bush is a coward and needs to be taken out ofo office adn by the way BUSH = HITLER, i mean, doesn't that say everything?

/phew i really hate letting my mind open like that. However, i think i might have to thursday. See, the campus crusade for elections (or whatever they are calling it) are holding a party to watch the Debate. ~maniacal grin~ It should be ... Fun! I'll definately sit in the Democrat side, just for giggles. :-D
