Question Time

So I've been doing some thinking, and...I may be getting the urge to return to regular blogging. On the other hand, I may just stop writing entirely and dedicate my time to other things rather than getting everyone's hopes up with sporadic posting.

Therefore, I need some responses to two simple questions:

1. As usual, is anyone still reading this site?

2. If you answered "yes" to the above (and if you answered "no" despite the fact that you had to read the site in order to see the question, then congratulations, you've found a way to defy logic), would you like me to try and make the blog more like it was back in the old days, with commentary on current events, etc. rather than my boring, lonely life and my various music projects?

Please, even if you've never commented before, I would really appreciate a response to this. I do kind of want to return to the blogosphere with the energy I had a while ago, but if nobody will see it, it seems like a complete waste.

I'll leave this up for a few days before making my decision. If I do get back to normal blogging, I will have to address a few things, including an explanation of why I stopped for so long and an update on my view of this fucked up world we live in. I'm warning you right now, it will probably be much more cynical and pessimistic than before, if that's even possible. But again, I'll only bother with that in the event that I still have an audience.

That is all.

Yes, i still check the site almost daily. and yes, I'd like to see you go back to the political rants and commentary that you are so very very good at. That said, it's your site, do whatever the fuck you want.

:-D

Completely agree with tommy. Since I'm still getting my house set up and have no computer right now, I only see SIT when I come to the library to do Internet-y things, which is about two or three times a week.

CD, I'd love to see you get back to political blogging the way you used to. You single-handedly got me interested in the blogosphere. But I learned a valuable lesson when I tried my hand at blogging a couple years back: If ya ain't got time, don't use it up blogging. Then again, let's all hope for CD's sake that his time-managament skills are better than mine. (Oh wait, they must be, he graduated from college, while I'm still slowly getting around to registering.) Of course, you didn't say you didn't have the time... but I digress. Where was I? uhh...

Anywho. CD, I'll read whatever you post and will comment if I get there in time. But like tommy said, it's your site. Your life too, so if blogging makes you happy, rock on. Just don't let it keep you from working or other important crap. Unless they pay you for it.

I agree with the first two. If you post it, I'll get around to reading it (eventually).
