This is a Gorgon. Apparently, it's from Star Trek.

Gorgons are traditionally not shown as large rock monsters, or as Ted Kennedy. Old painting show them as winged ladies with crazy snake hair. Medusa was a Gorgon, don't look at her. You'll turn to stone!
That episode with "Gorgon" on Star Trek was stupid. The guy who played him was just some stupid lawyer, he was terrible. He read his line very dryly, like an elementry school student.
