Brief Observation #2

Another thing I've noticed, at least on the Internet, is that many liberals honestly believe that "George W. Bush is evil." In addition, when these people are asked to explain their belief, they act like the other person is crazy:

"Well...he's just evil! Haven't you noticed?"

Is anyone else disturbed by the fact that some people treat statements like that as obvious truth and/or common knowledge? That worries me.

Also, I've noticed that they occasionally say the same things about Reagan. However, I don't think I've ever seen a Democratic president referred to as "evil" by anyone on either side of the spectrum.

Why is that?

Carter was evil.

Yes, Clinton was evil. If democrats went on a name calling spree of their own kind then they would have to rethink their on personal philosophies. No one wants to believe they voted for the evil guy, so, instead they rip on the President that they did not vote for. Thus, making it seem like everything is his fault and they were right all along, regardless if they really are.

And the logical conclusion, after one decides that Bush is evil, is that anyone who voted for/believes/doesn't hate Bush is incredibly stupid. That's another common theme.

I'm an incredibly stupid* member of the VRWC! And I'm proud of it!!!

*-stupid is as stupid does. Also, stupidity is relative.

I thought Clinton and Carter were just incompetent.

He committed adultery. Adultery is a sin. Sin is evil. Therefore, he was evil.

(obviously way too simplified, but hey, it's pretty simple...)

Plus Clinton gave aid to nutso North Korea. That's pretty evil considering North Korea now has almost 1/2 of its' population in concentration camps. The concentration camps are actually far safer than the rest of the country, and that's stomach turning.
